Welcome to my pastry composition of both professional and personal endeavors.

  • It’s an homage to a few things:
    Nana - my family’s nickname for me
    Aria/Arie - (Italian “air”) the musical term for a song solo
    studied piano and flute for most of my childhood
    Aria - (Greek “lioness”)
    born the year of the tiger and am a Leo Rising

  • Hi! My name is Alana Isebelle Wang.

    I’m a first gen Taiwanese American, born & raised in Seattle, WA. I currently am based in Chicago, IL working as the Executive Pastry Chef for HIS Hospitality.

    I started doing popups with my friend Lou Turner called Lou x Alana in 2025 as a way to be creative under our own names. That has since transformed into both of us creating our own brands, NĀRIAE and Immer respectively.

  • Essentially this is my space to share my art to the world.

    I’d like to think I’m very right brain dominate. Art has played a HUGE part in my life. From childhood - learning piano & flute, ballet, oil painting which later translated to pastry and photography as an adult.

    Everything you see here is an expression of me in some form.
